| I Really Shouldn't be so Careless |

At very least, I could've unmounted my external hard drive, or locked my laptop up in my room or something.
This time, Windows Messenger was somehow installed, and a new tab was open in Firefox, in which the "Accounts" page of GMail's settings was loaded. As far as I can tell, nothing else was changed, but it's still extremely aggravating. The *only* feasible explanation I can think of is that Naomi thought the internet was going too slow for her, and thus decided to come down here and use my laptop.
Otherwise... hmm... unusual thing at work. There was a till put on tonight, which two employees used. When Michelle counted it off after we'd closed, it was at least $30 short. I think it might've been more than that, but I can't remember for sure (and I know that's bad, but hush). So unless they find it in the morning, those two employees are going to have to split the cost of however much is needed to put the till back at $125, and get it taken out of their next pay. Sort of sad, but unless they do a bit of experimenting (yes, I mean to see if one of those two people stole it), that's the most sensible solution. Sucks for one (or both) of them, but... *shrug*
So yeah. Here's hoping that package arrives today. Just checked the tracking page again, and it's "In transit", with the current location being "Stoney Creek". According to Google Maps, that's only two hours away from Chatham, so it should be.
Anyways though, since I have the time, I'm going to have a shower, and we'll see what happens afterwards. I'm considering staying up again, mainly to see if that package does show up, and I have today / tomorrow (Thursday) off, so aside from going grocery shopping, I haven't much to worry about. Nice, really :3

So I was just sitting here in the living room, bored, and decided I'd take Adam's old PSP upstairs and see about swapping the buttons. Before that though, plugged it in one more time, and the battery charging light came on as usual, so I flipped the power switch just out of spite. It turned on~
And now I've just gone through the same steps I followed yesterday to install custom firmware on it, which went without a hitch. So yes :3 On one hand, I'm tempted to give it back to him just to see the look on his face after he realizes he wasted ~$200, but on the other, well, keep it, of course :p
(for what it's worth, yes, he's still up at this time of the morning. apparently he was over at Rob's for quite a while)
I suppose he could also give it to Josh, but I can't see him doing that :\
Well, sorry. The left trigger button seems to be sticking (or so the racket it made when I tried to put in the WEP key seemed to indicate), but that's the only problem I can see with it so far.
Yay :3 Item status is now "On FedEx vehicle for delivery", in Windsor. Maybe I'll try to go for 9, just to be safe. Dad is up, so I suppose I could say "I'm expecting something in the mail today", but given that it's 16 pounds, I assume the box'll be fairly large, and I want to keep the questions to a minimum :s
Might as well play Guitar Hero III for a bit.

Taken straight from the tracking page:
Left at side door. Signature Service not requested.
That was at exactly 3:38 PM. When I finally got up at 4:30, the first thing I did was gave Adam back his PSP (which he plans on seeing if Josh wants to buy), then went to the side door and took a look outside. Yes indeed. Mom and Dad would probably have just left by then, but that still doesn't explain why Mom wouldn't have noticed it and brought it inside when she came back home :\
But feedback has been both left and received, and I now have a gold star. Yay~
And yeah. I'm upstairs right now, because I'm still pretty tired, but I may go back down once everyone else is in bed. Bought an Xbox Live points card at EB Games, to download a couple Guitar Hero III song packs, but that's about the only thing I have planned for now :s
This entry's going nowhere though, so I might as well post it and play a game on my PSP or something.
