Honestly though, that's the one thing I don't like about this game. How certain people (aside from Phoenix, Godot, Maya, and Pearl, that is), places, events, and, to a degree, objects, carry over from case to case. That happened in the first two as well, sure, but then it was something you'd have to really pay attention to notice.

I really, really hope so. Once again, I have my doubts, because ever since I brought up that I hadn't seen it yet (about October 20th), one of the most consistent things they've said was that they were "working on it now". I just want to be able to tell them "If your customer(s) want more information, tell them. Sure, there are some people out there that would be quite fine just hearing that it'll be out soon, but in this particular instance, would it have hurt to say where the order was? Try to think of some questions I might ask you ahead of time, and answer them in the first email you send me." I'd mainly like an idea of how much longer I can expect it to be.
If I get another email from them tomorrow sometime that says "Still looking for it" or something like that, I will scream.
I think I'm going to do the dishes right now as well, so I don't have to worry about them when I get home.
