That Really is Annoying

The blue light on the Wii is lit up right now. It's undoubtedly because "Mailtoad" sent a message to say Luigi had gone missing.

First of all, why do the messages get sent directly to your Wii (I sort of figured that'd be limited to messages directly from Nintendo), and also, why does the light have to flicker? It looks like it's broken with what it's doing right now ;_;

But just a couple things otherwise, because I want to get what dishes are out in the kitchen done right now, so I don't have to do them when I get home.

1) Bridge to the Turnabout. Once again at a standstill, but that's more or less just because I was too tired to do anything else on it last night. It's sort of weird. While I'm actually getting somewhere in it, I'm awake and alert like normal, but when it gets to the point where I can't find a contradiction or just don't know what to do, I get more and more tired to the point of going to sleep.

2) Super Mario Galaxy. Up to just having unlocked the desert galaxy. Can't remember the specific name of it (as usual). It's still coming along at a fairly steady pace, but there's just one thing I can't place that I don't like about it. There's just something about it that doesn't feel right.

3) Thanks for calling in sick last night, Michelle. It was Steve, Jake, and I to close, with Steve as the closing manager, even though he didn't know how to do half his manager stuff. We sent Jake home at 1, because he'd helped us deck scrub, and everything else was pretty much done (it wasn't busy at all, really), and we still got out of there about 10 after, but ugh. Michelle is fun to work with, make no mistake about that. She's funny, helpful, and tries to get stuff done for the closers if she's working a supper shift. If it's one thing she can be consistently counted on to do though, it's call in sick. I don't think there's been a week that's gone by yet where she hasn't.

4) "Going out today."

It should be obvious who that's from by now. Like I told them though, I really do hope so. I'm not going to say "Awesome" or anything, because if the past has been any indication, doing that would just be setting myself up for a letdown. Especially because their reply to the second order email made it sound like they'd all be going out at once. Feh.

Anyways, dishes. I can almost guarantee I'll be on drive through tonight as well, and thus have to do more, but why not get what I can done right now?
