Interesting Priorities

Maybe quarter to 4 tonight, more customers pulled into the drive through, ordered, and came up to the window, where they added on a nacho bell grande among other things. The driver literally yelled at me 2 times to not put meat on it (meanwhile the board said no meat or bean), so when Josh C., who was on drive through, came down to pick up the order, I told him that if they yelled at me one more time, they were going to get meat on it regardless. What does he say?

"You can't say no to two hot drunk chicks wearing Santa hats."

Umm... yes. I think I most certainly can. Then Steve and Mark came up, and my God. Two bags of cinnamon twists, a grande cheese fry, and two nachos and cheese (that they handed out for free (which was maybe $10 worth of food)) later, they were all crowed around the window, and as they walked back, they were talking amongst themselves saying things like "Damn she was hot" and such.

And then on the way to work, I ran into the Santa Claus Parade going along King Street (I think) which was fun. As a kid, it was awesome, because it meant Christmas was only a month away. However, when you're on your way to someplace, and have several glowing reindeer between you and the bridge, there's a problem.

Mom and Dad are due back sometime later on this afternoon, but for right now, the peace and quiet is nice. Naomi was right on me when I got home about the wireless internet not working, but otherwise, silence (save for the sound I'm making typing) :3

Anyways, yeah. Just sent an email to Lionel to ask her if that tail might be shipped out by the end of the month, and now that that's taken care of, there's something I need to do upstairs~

I Don't Want to Work

Super Mario Galaxy isn't really going anywhere (I'm getting at most one more star each time I turn it on), and I don't want to start into Trauma Center just yet, in case John does have the 12th or 13th of December free. Therefore, I wouldn't have much to do with my night (save for Phantom Hourglass, seeing as I started back into that the other night), but I'd just much rather be here.

Having a single day off in the middle of 8 closes is not nearly enough, and if it wasn't for that I rarely if ever see Shelia, I'd ask her just what she thought she was doing when she made the schedule. Speaking of her, boxing day: she works, open to close. Of course, the store closes early, and sure, it's time and a half so they're not going to want a whole lot of people working, but it's impossible to say that her working such a shift is just a coincidence.

Then again, there was another interesting story told (well, a couple actually) about something(s) Earl did, which further increase(s) my disgust in the man, so perhaps she's just trying to get even with him, but in that case, keep it away from work. If you have a problem with someone, you pull them aside when you're both not working, and have a talk with them. I should take my own advice considering how pissed off I was with Mark last night (enough so that I ended up walking home instead of getting a ride), but yeah *sigh*

I've got Tuesday and Wednesday off this week, and I really don't know about going to Heart and Stroke. I should, because there's only a couple weeks left before the Christmas party, at which point the office is closed 'till sometime in January.

Then again, my mood could be to blame for why I don't feel like doing anything, but I don't want to get into that again.

*shrug* one hour to go, so I might as well play more Mario Galaxy.
