Rule-Breaking is Amusing

Since last time I mentioned playing it, I have beaten Star Tropics, and there's one little detail right near the end that doesn't fit in. Throughout the tunnels in the rest of the game, you'd die if you were to jump into the water / lava / circuitry, yet when the UFO explodes at the end of the game, you fall into the ocean, swim for a bit, slip underwater, and come to on C-island having been rescued by the dolphin(s). I started into the second one yesterday night though, and you can't swim in there either, which is unfortunate.

So... things today have gone fairly well. Heart and Stroke was mostly the same as usual, although this time, Michele told me to take my arm warmers off because she didn't want to have anybody start asking, and originally I was going to post something in here about needing a shirt that explained that sort of thing. I would still like something of that sort, but I can understand another angle she might be coming from, in that when I'm there and help anybody that comes in, I'm representing Heart and Stroke, and as such need to look presentable. Anyways, I told Lynn I wouldn't be in next week, but I also sent Michele an email about half an hour ago to say that I'd be available to come in earlier that week if she needed me to.

The reason for that is, as I said some number of days ago in here, I booked the 29th and 30th off to get the second part of my tattoo done. As such, I figured Sheila would probably have me working from this Wednesday 'till next Tuesday, but I checked the schedule tonight, and that's not what's going on. I work from Thursday to Sunday, then have Monday through Thursday off. Originally I was thinking about sending Cola a message in MSN to see about going up there next Monday, but I don't really have the money for that, and I might as well make use of either Monday or Tuesday afternoon to go to Heart and Stroke. Also on the sending messages note, I was also considering sending Madius one on here to say "I can understand you wanting me to pack it up when we went out to Kelseys for supper, but what is the problem with me wearing my tail out to the mall? You actually do own a fursuit, and to my understanding quite enjoy performing in it, so I'd like to think you wouldn't be embarrassed to be seen with me with a tail. I mean, the mall? It's hardly a classy place, and I very much doubt there would be comments made beyond "WTF?!", or "Furfag". I don't want to make a huge fuss about it, but just... what is the matter with me doing that?"

There are three possibilities there: I could send it and get an answer to my question, wait until next time I'm down there for the meet followed by us going out for lunch the next day, possibly being told to leave it there, and arguing about it then, or not saying anything and eventually forgetting about the whole matter. Yeah, I know that's one of the reasons I wanted to get my tattoo, but where the tail is concerned, I'd prefer to make the choice to leave it at home myself than have somebody else do it for me.

Oh, and one last furry-related thing for now. Provided I can remember the couple things that were floating around in my mind earlier, I'll eventually be writing another long "Here's what I did *this" time" entries, but I'm undecided as of now. Really, I've already written about the one important / special thing in the entry I posted yesterday, but I know there are a couple other things that I forgot, and chances are I'll remember them at the most inopportune time :s

Anyways, it's about time I laid down in bed again. Only 4:00, but I'm sure my games will keep me busy for another couple hours~
