Perhaps I Was Wrong

Back on Wednesday and Thursday, I could've been sure Josh and I would end up doing something this weekend, because the way things were written on the schedule, it looked as if Sheila wanted me to have them off for sure. Now that it's Monday morning and nothing has happened, I wonder if the hours are / labor is so much over that they need to ensure employees won't be called in on their days off... It's been slow enough for that lately, but she did it elsewhere on the same schedule, so maybe she just decided to do things differently this week. I will, however, see him tomorrow, from 5 - 11, and possibly later because if I were to close it would only be two and a half hours more, and if I'm going to be there 'till almost midnight, I might as well see if he wants me to stay. Then again, for a Monday night, it's him and two employees from the London store, so they'll probably be more than fine. I also don't particularly want to have to close the dining room, but we'll see what happens tomorrow. Sheila will also be there before I start, however, and as long as she remembers will be bothering me about something, so maybe I'll have at least one thing to write an entry about tomorrow. Aside from that, I plan on stopping by 7-11 on the way home as well, because I had wanted to go there tonight, but didn't feel like using my debit card again after having already spent ~$53 at Real Canadian Superstore ($50 on a gift card, $3 on a package of cherry Koolaid drink mix things), and thus figured I'd wait one day longer. The only problem with staying up late tomorrow night is that I have to go to Heart and Stroke Tuesday afternoon, but that's not until 2, and I don't have to worry about working afterwards, so I should be fine.

I haven't many other things to write about for now (because it's 5 in the morning and I'm tired and my back is sore from having laid in pretty much the same position all afternoon and night), but I did take a new screenshot of my desktop, which looks alright aside from a specific part of the wallpaper and something else in one of those three windows. What they are, I will not say, but they're just things I'm fussy about from having to manipulate them for the sake of the screenshot. Also, Dyno got me to install Skype, as you can see by the icon in the system tray, but I've yet to chat with him on it. Perhaps talking out loud will make for more conductive conversation than typing does, because right now unless I have a particular question to ask or topic to talk about, I really don't know what to say, and as such the conversations only go somewhere if whoever I'm chatting with takes control. It's sort of amusing how I can update this regularly yet not hold a conversation in Pidgin to save my life, but it works for now ^^;

Anyways, it's time for bed now, lest I start rambling about things that make even less sense than what I've said already. For example, triple redundancy: I have my DS's alarm, alarm clock, and Kukuklok all set to go off at 2pm. I am going to hate myself for doing so then, but I want to make sure I'm up well before I have to leave for work :B
