[question about gifts]

The only other topic I can think of to start with is it not feeling anywhere close to winter outside, but if I still want to write about that after this, I will. Anyways, the writer's block question for today is as follows: "Sometimes it's the thought that counts, and other times it's the thing itself. What's the best gift you've ever received, thoughtful or otherwise?"

Throughout your whole life? Umm... yeah. The only things I can remember getting at Christmas as a kid were a set of Magic School Bus books, which were awesome at the time, then also a garbage bag box, that I originally thought contained garbage bags, so I convinced myself I would have use for them, then was just as quickly hinted to look inside. It was a CD that I probably still have around here somewhere, but that's not the point. Going as far back as I can recall though, the best thing I was given (and it's not quite a gift) was squnq's offer to take me to London for one of the furmeets. If that had not happened, things would not be the same today. I'd like to go into how exactly I figure that, but not only am I slightly pressed for time right now, but that's also something that could be done on New Years' Eve if I still have the desire to. Well, I would physically still be in the same place, but would not have done most of the things this past year has held.

Anyways, a for the weather, yesh. It's quite mild (13 degrees Celsius last I checked), there's hardly any snow on the ground anymore, and it's wet. Not raining, but everything outside is damp and not nice. Apparently it's supposed to continue for another couple days as well, which is alright for taking ways home I haven't in a while, but otherwise it's not pleasant :x

And I've just been yelled at that the hamburgers we're having for supper are ready, so I suppose I will be done writing this in order to go eat~
