Tonight was pretty fun altogether, although the meet fell apart around 10, which was sort of a letdown. Oh well. Both this time and back when I was here in April, I was hoping to see squnq again, but he wasn't here tonight, and didn't show up last month either :\ Meh. One thing I definitely need to keep in mind for next time (whenever that happens to be) though is to bring money for a cab, or to leave my laptop at home. I stopped several times on the way here to rest (once at some park, and the others just sitting down and leaning against the signs that tell you whether or not you're allowed to park along side of the road, and I still felt absolutely exhausted upon getting to the apartment. Oh, and my pants started to fall down as well, which was thoroughly annoying until I spotted a phone booth and ducked inside it to tighten the thing. The heat was by far the worst though, but it's supposed to be considerably cooler tomorrow, so hopefully that goes better. I still plan on leaving here at 5, just to be on the safe side, but I suppose there's a first time for everything, so I shouldn't be too put off by the fact that those things went "wrong".
But anyways, another thing: I've been holding out on saying it for a while, but I received my passport in the mail earlier this month (the 9th, to be specific), so that's one thing down for MFF. Talked to Cola about the roomsharing thing as well, because I wasn't sure if I'd be giving him the money, or if it'd have to go to someone else or something. Right now, I'm pretty much just waiting on my Paypal transfer to clear (should be doing so this Friday), and also for someone else that might be staying in the same room to make up their mind about something or other. Assuming that goes fine, I'm then going to be contacting SPark about (hand)paws, and possibly Lionel (or someone else) about a head, but I'm not as sure about that. Oh, and then there's booking those days off too, but that's easy enough ^^
Perhaps I'll write tomorrow though (probably on the train on the way home :3). It's now 4:30 in the morning, and I'm starting to get tired, so it's probably a good idea. There's really only one other thing I can think of that I wanted to write about anyways, but I'll get to that in my next entry~
