I'll Make One Predicition Right Now

Tonight is going to end up the same as last weekend did. Manoah, James, and I are the only closers, and James was on drive through yesterday night. Whatever though. I'm sure I'll be able to think of many things to look forward to doing at home while I'm there, and the only other problem will be the dishes, which, if Steve ends up staying 'till midnight like he's supposed to, shouldn't be as big a problem as they were last Friday or Saturday. Speaking of James, he has his R4DS now, and I just brought my other laptop in to work about an hour ago to put the kernel files and one game on his microSD card, but he has a 4GB one, which won't work. He mentioned getting a 2GB one eventually though, and hopefully he'll be able to get things working on his own then, because I gave him the required links.

So anyways, my plans for tonight are presently going leaving for work in an hour, then walking straight home once we close (even though I'd like to stop for snacks) because a sandwich was brought home for me from Wendys last night, and I figure as opposed to eating it now and having to find some other snack when I get home, I'll just save it for then. Also, I was given a chocolate bar earlier too, so things are starting to get weird now. Before Thursday, it had been a *long* time since anybody went out to a fast food place and brought food home for everybody. Even more so with candy, because aside from Naomi, we all have our own money to go out and buy those things for ourselves now. Unless it has something to do with our mishap on the way home Thursday afternoon, but that doesn't quite make sense. Although on that note, according to the accident report it was Mom that did something wrong, although their description of it was a cryptic "turn - not committed in safety" or something.

Anyways, I don't seem to be getting anywhere again, so I might as well get ready to leave. Hopefully I'll be able to walk the entire way there tonight too, because yesterday night I ended up getting a ride from somebody I've only met two or three times :s Yeah, I know, it's not a good idea to accept rides from strangers, but I knew who he was (not his wife, however), and it's rather hard explaining to somebody that you don't see on a regular basis that you always walk to work without a jacket. Then Sheila got rather fussy about me taking orders at front cash when I wasn't clocked in, and actually stood there while customers were waiting until I did. Sure, she has final say when it comes down to things like that, but I have worked for probably a couple hours total without clocking in now, so it's far from the first time I've done something like that.

But yeah. Off to work I go~
