Of Course There Would be Some Complications

Managed to get out to the Greyhound station earlier this afternoon, and learned of one big problem. The only connecting bus(es) from Chicago to Green Bay would require me to stay there overnight, which is still possible, but I'd rather not have to spend money on that unless I absolutely have to. Unfortunately, that'll likely be my only option, but I'm going to wait and see what Dyno thinks about it as well before doing anything else. The one other problem with that is I'm not sure if that'd leave me with four separate tickets, or just two. So yeah. I don't want to just say "Whatever" and forget about it for now, but I do at least want to have written about it in here so it's not on my mind all night at work.

The one good thing that happened today was Michele sent me an email while we were out to say I could take next week off, because it's March Break and Julie won't be in, so that'll be nice. Even moreso given that I work 8-11 shifts on both Monday and Tuesday, then don't have to be in until 9 on Wednesday, so I'll probably take that long way home again with some modifications that will take me by both 7-11s. The new route I wanted to take last night didn't quite work, for one reason that was out of my control, and from a physical abnormality that came about most likely as a result of my walking home in the rain. Well, either that or going grocery shopping and to Taco Bell in sandals on Wednesday (because my shoes were still wet), but let's just say it's a red bump that sort of hurts to squeeze / touch, which is unfortunately exactly what happens when I have my shoes on ;_; Also, I gave myself a nice (in the bad way) paper cut while organizing boxes of soft taco shells last night too, but more than anything right now, it looks worse than it feels.

Anyways, this entry is going to end up being much shorter compared to the last couple I posted, because it's already 6:30, and I need to head downstairs to see what was just brought in off the back porch. Supper, presumably, but I have no idea what it is, and if it was barbecued, there's a good chance I'll eat it~
