At first, I suggested moving the computer into the living room, because we'd still be able to hook everything up to the modem, but then Dad pointed out that the one that's going up into his room wouldn't reach, and it didn't, so we had to change our plans.
To begin, we just disconnected everything, and moved the rest of the stuff that was in the cabinet into the living room, then we had just enough time to remove one door from the cabinet before Dad had to leave for work, and everyone else went with him. In the end, I took the other door off, then the bottom part of the cabinet (it's a sliding thing), the keyboard tray, then somehow managed to tip it over on it's side :p
We moved the table that's in here from one side of the room to the other, and the computer's set up on it now, so for the time being, this'll work quite nicely.
I do have to work in an hour, and I think I might actually be on drive through tonight. See, it's me, Glenda, Josh, and possibly Manoah for closing, so unless Josh or Glenda end up being on it, I will be. I don't want to, but then again, it's been some time since I've been on that position, so it'll be a nice change.
Larry also called earlier, and I thought at first he was calling to see if I could come in early, but it ends up that he wanted me to take his 4-9 shift on Boxing Day. I figured I might as well, mostly because that is a time and a half day, and I could really use the money. Less than a week to Christmas now, and we still haven't seen any sign of getting the money from our Grandpa, but I suppose there's no use in rushing that.
With that though, I'm off to get dressed for work. My feet are absolutely freezing, so hopefully putting some socks on will help.
