He (Steve) also got the point eventually, which saw him take the headset from me to put on, but then the battery quickly died again (in his words it was "cutting in and out"), so I waited for about half an hour before getting tired of having to keep checking the "vehicle present" light before I went down there and grabbed it again. Now that I've had more of a chance to think about it though, there may be a legitimate explanation for why he can never keep his patience down there, but until I'm able to ascertain that, won't say any more.
The walk home was better, because as stated last night, I had a different route planned out, being this. Not quite as long as I was expecting it to be, actually, because by the time I made it to the mall, I felt as if I'd walked further than ever before on any route home. Well, there is ~1km difference between that and what was previously my longest path, but it still took me only an hour and a half, which is quite something when compared with Google's estimate of two hours and twelve minutes <3 Now that leaves the same decision to be made tonight, because one way or the other I'd like to stop by one of the 7-11s for 5-cent candies and maybe one or two other things, but I don't want to go the same route as I did yesterday to avoid repetition, and almost all of my longer paths don't cross by 7-11 at all. At worst I'll give myself a break and just walk straight home, or as something that I've thought of just now, save going there for Thursday night because I'm done at 12 and have the following two days off. That sounds much better.
Otherwise today, I've done very little Pic Pic recently, for starting work early yesterday and sleeping in this afternoon, so I'm going to get at least two more puzzles done right now and see how much time I have left for other things after that.~
