I really don't have much else to say about today though, which is to be expected from being bored. Work yesterday was okay after I got past feeling sick for about the first hour of my shift, and we got out in pretty good time, then Manoah and I walked home, talking about what he thinks of Tom now that they've closed together (Manoah recommended he be hired), and saw four different police cars pull out from a side street just down the street from us, and speed away with their lights flashing, but completely silent otherwise. Then he had to stop at 7-11 to go to the bathroom, and I waited outside, which led to seeing two more police cars driving by, and an ambulance which drove up to the intersection with its lights flashing, turned around in a wide circle, and went back toward the hospital. All in all, a rather weird walk, but nothing unusual happened to us, that I know of. Maybe it has to do with this being Thanksgiving weekend. Work was no busier than normal though, so it could just as well not be. Having said that, I will be heading out early tonight, because it's 6:30, and I want to go to Tim Hortons for a sandwich first, so I'm not hungry all night. I have the money - more, after getting $100 from Manoah yesterday, but that's being locked in my room as soon as I finish here - and I'd like an actual special treat, instead of just the candies and chocolate bars from 7-11 that I've been thinking of since Thursday. After that, well, hopefully I just have enough time to eat~
