It's Not All Good

Going to Heart and Stroke aside, let's look at what I did with my day off yesterday: played games and cleaned up my room somewhat, talked to Dan for a bit, contemplated going out to 7-11, decided I would settle for a can of soup, because that seemed better at the time, and still went out about half an hour later, because I wanted to go for a walk in the thick fog. Rather amusingly, I was the only one in 7-11 when I got there, but in the ~5 minutes I was inside, three other people came in, all for their own purposes. At any rate, following that, I came home and wasn't exactly hungry enough anymore to eat what I'd bought there (candies and two brownies), so I played games for a little while longer, and eventually started to get tired around 4:30. After some thought, I decided it was late enough that I could call it a night without feeling like I'd wasted my day, and there was also not enough else to do to keep me awake so after a few moments, I went to bed, and that was that. Understand so far? Now consider that I have the next two weeks off from going to Heart and Stroke, because I finished the rest of my work today. I could go out next Tuesday afternoon to get one last gift for Trish, should I decide that's what I want to get for her, but what about the other Tuesday, and the two Thursdays along with it? Sit here and feel bored? Try to talk to Dan or Squeeze? Start wrapping Christmas presents? Finally set aside some time to go through my dresser in the spare room? I don't know exactly what yet, but I should start thinking about that now.

For what it's worth, I'm not actually done at Heart and Stroke for the rest of the year, as expected. Michele said she'll need me back on the week of the 10th, from 1 to 4 instead of 2 to 5, but that doesn't help in the meantime. What also doesn't help though is how I don't have much else to say today. I finished numbering the rest of the kits, as stated above, and am waiting on an email reply from Squeeze to answer a couple questions I thought to ask while I was out this afternoon, and oh, getting supper from Pizza Tonite tonight is still a possibility, but we'll see how work goes for that. I do have chicken noodle soup in the fridge, left over from supper, and last time I had it after leaving it in there while I was at work, the noodles were all deliciously soft, and it tasted amazing~ I am late for leaving as well now though, so I should be off. With any luck, tonight will be just busy enough to make it pass by quickly~
