Written on a picture found in De Killer's... residence. There's a certain person in the court record, listed as having committed suicide several years ago. Name? Celeste Inpax. And then we try to investigate the antenna (or a satellite dish, as it looks to me :s), De Killer shows up out of nowhere (without so much as a sound to indicate that he walked in through a door or something), and we get left with Maya screaming "Niiiiiiiiiick!".
So yeah. It's effectively been proven that... A.A. did not actually kill Corrida, but then the question remains of why she'd want to frame Engarde. Unless it's one of those things that von Karma told her to do, but that really doesn't make sense.
Well, I suppose that's what the (would be) press conference was all about. Corrida was going to dress like the "Nickel Samurai", in order to fool the attendees of the conference into thinking that he was in fact Engarde, then reveal said person's weak spot / secret. Secret sounds more appropriate in this case, but I can't remember exactly what the game called it, so yeah.
I just dearly hope these questions will be answered by the end of the case, but given that I've only just finished the first court session (and a lengthly one it was too :x), chances are that's a long way off.
This all makes me wonder what the cases in Trials and Tribulations are going to be like. And apparently the final case of the 4th game in the series is better than any of the rest, so yeah... I want it. Badly~
Anyways, it's about 9 in the morning now. Sort of a switch from what the past three days have been like. Came up here around 2 in the morning, played Justice for All for an hour or so, before starting to feel so tired that I couldn't keep my eyes open, so I set my alarm(s), and went to sleep.
Woke up at 6:30. I've been awake since, and I'm not at all tired. If it comes to it, where it's 12 or so, and I'm still wide awake, I figure I might as well just go downstairs and do whatever there. It'll probably make for an interesting time at work tonight, but there have definitely been worse.
So for now, I'm going back to the game. Just need to make sure to call Taco Bell around 2 to say "Hey I'll be a half hour late sorry", but that's still a long way off.
Edit: Now this is getting interesting. Engarde leaves a note requesting that Shoe (his cat) be fed. However, when we go to his house, there is a butler, named John Doe, that looks suspiciously similar to De Killer, who states that "It is my duty to take care of him. The master rather fancies Shoe." Do I even need to point out the contradiction?
Nothing'd better happen to Shoe. Cute cat, even if it is only on a videogame <3
Well, one more thing: in Engarde's living room, there's a door along the right hand wall, with a pet door in the lower-right corner of it. While playing as Maya, you would see a a door that was essentially the same, except the pet door was in the lower-left. Of course, if that means what I'm thinking it does, then why would the person that occupies that room have a pet door in the first place? If only to not raise Engarde's suspicion, I suppose.
I think I'm going to go back to bed though. it's 10:30 now, and I'm starting to get tired again and I originally had planned to give myself 'till 3 in the afternoon, so meh. Just so long as I'm up before 4.
